DopaSheets products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.

After purchase, your printable PDF file will be delivered digitally through the checkout/download process and/or by email, depending on the order settings and delivery method available at checkout.

Please make sure your email address is entered correctly before completing your purchase. Your download access may be connected to the email address used at checkout.

If you do not receive your download, cannot access the file, or are unsure where to find your purchase, please check your inbox, spam folder, and promotions folder first.

If you still need help, contact us through the website or email cs@dopasheets.com. We understand these tools may be purchased during stressful care moments, and we will do our best to help you access your file.

Because DopaSheets products are digital PDF files, there are no shipping charges, shipping carriers, tracking numbers, delivery windows, or physical delivery times.

DopaSheets is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, email filtering, spam settings, or technical issues outside of our control, but we are happy to help troubleshoot download access when possible.
